Fixed NPE for invalid multisell lists, added diagnostic logging.

Resurrect experience restore cap 90%.
Olympiad now using logger too. Not forget to update log.cfg.
Caution: log format is slightly changed - result moved to the beginning of the line. Monthly results and hero generation logging changed too.
Only summoner classes should benefit from transfering defense attributes from master to summon.
